Imbibe on this blueberry-inspired, fresh, and fizzy cocktail.
Ingredients
1/4 cup blueberries, plus more for garnish
3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. agave nectar
1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, plus more for garnish
Ice cubes or crushed ice
3 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) vodka
1/4 cup tonic water, club soda or flavored seltzer
Instructions
In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the blueberries, thyme, and lemon juice until all become slightly mashed and the juices release from the blueberries. Combine the vodka and agave, mix thoroughly.
